MY TRAVELING STEPS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Hand Sword Sakura Slots. This policy explains our handling of information in connection with the iOS game and support communications.

The game offers shuriken action in Petal Sever and a secondary virtual-reward mode, Kagehana Spiral. It does not offer real-money wagering, cash prizes, or in-app purchases.

02 / INFORMATION & PURPOSEWhat is used, and why

Local game information. The app saves virtual currency, rank, scores, chain records, collected seals, task progress, reward history, selected characters, character run counts, game-session state, and sound and haptic preferences on your device. This information lets the game resume your progress and apply its reward rules. It is not automatically uploaded to us, and we do not provide account-based cloud synchronization.

Support correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address, any display name included by your email service, your message, and any attachments or technical details you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, investigate the issue, and improve the reliability of the game. We do not use a support request to subscribe you to marketing.

What the game does not request. You do not need to supply a name, email address, or account to play. The app does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location. It does not contain third-party advertising or analytics services, or automatically send gameplay activity or advertising identifiers to us.

The game's event information is included with the app. Normal play does not require a connection to an operator-run game server.

03 / YOUR CHOICESOptional means optional

The Optional Personalization control in Chronicle can open Apple's tracking-permission request. The current game does not use that permission to transmit an advertising identifier or track you across other companies' apps and websites. Allowing it does not, by itself, start a data-sharing service.

You may decline without losing access to game modes or gameplay rewards. You can manage the permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, subject to your device's restrictions.

These support and privacy pages do not set cookies or contain analytics or advertising scripts. If you open a hosted version of a page, its hosting provider receives ordinary connection information, such as an IP address and browser request, to deliver the page. Following an external link or sending email involves the provider of that service.

04 / DISCLOSUREWho may handle information

Email services. Our support address uses Gmail. Google and the email provider you use process correspondence to deliver and store messages. See Google's Privacy Policy for its practices.

Apple services. Apple handles App Store distribution, device backups, permission settings, and system diagnostics under its own policies and your device settings. These services are separate from the game's local save system. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information from support communications when legally required, to protect people's safety or our legal rights, or to service providers assisting with the request under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Email or other service providers may process information outside your state or country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use the required safeguards.

05 / RETENTION & SECURITYKeep it, or remove it

On your iPhone. Local progress remains with the installed app. Deleting the app removes its local app data; offloading the app is different and may preserve that data. Device backups can retain copies depending on your Apple settings. Manage those copies through Apple's backup controls. We cannot remotely access or erase a save that exists only on your device.

Messages you send us. We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to address the request and relevant follow-up, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect against misuse. You can request deletion using the contact address below. If a legal obligation requires us to retain particular information, we will explain any applicable limitation.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information we handle, but no storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please send only what is necessary to explain your issue.

Deleting local data can permanently remove your progress. The game does not offer a server-based recovery service.

06 / PRIVACY REQUESTSYou can ask us

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or appeal a decision about a privacy request. You may also be able to contact your local data-protection authority.

Email chocochil506@gmail.com with your request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that a request concerns your own correspondence. We will respond within any timeframe required by applicable law and will not treat you unfairly for exercising an applicable privacy right.

There is no game account to delete. Requests to us concern information we actually hold, such as support emails; local game data is managed on your device.

07 / AGEMade for adults

Hand Sword Sakura Slots is intended for people aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

We may update this policy when our practices or the game change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. If a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before applying that change as required by law.
